Rheanne is a Registered Social Worker with a Master's degree from the University of Windsor. She has extensive experience working in primary care and community-based settings, with more than five years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Rheanne helps clients navigate a range of concerns, including work-life balance, workplace stress, post-secondary stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.
Rheanne takes a strengths-based approach to care, using mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help clients achieve their goals. She is passionate about supporting individuals in achieving overall health and well-being by emphasizing the connection between physical and mental health. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, Rheanne strives to empower clients to build confidence, resilience, and self-determination.
